Can I use Black Light Blue fluorescent tube on a regular fitting?

Yes. However, you need to check the fittings’ ballast.

Should the ballast is a magnetic ballast – this is indicated by flickering that

occur when you start a regular lamp on the fitting – you need a S-10 Starter
