Additionally, a free pickup option is available for Melbourne customers, and the order will be available from the Main Shop in 1-7 Thomas Street, Hawthorn, Vic 3122. You will receive a call from our team to confirm when the order is available for pickup. Pickup is only available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
We are more than happy to do business overseas. Since the freight costs can vary, we do international orders over the phone. To make your ordering process quicker please note the product code of the item(s) you wish to purchase before you call or

GMT Return Policy
* Return should be authorized by GMT personnel; if the reason is invalid no refund will be accepted.
Kindly contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and give a valid reason before returning goods, otherwise if you return goods without approval, you will not receive a refund and the goods will be returned back to stock.
* We do not accept any returns after 20 days from ship date.
*To be eligible for a refund you need the authorization of GMT, your item must be unused and in the same condition, it must be in the original packaging and receipt of purchase/picking slip.
*You will be responsible for your own shipping, Shipping cost are non-refundable.
*All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for a record.
* Once you receive email confirmation, refund processing is 7 to 14 business days from the date you receive the notice email.
* No freight or shipping fee will be refunded, only the amount of the goods.
*If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, received a different brand or item, faulty, etc. we require that you contact us within 5 days at email@example.com and we will work with you to quickly resolve this issue
Where goods are returned for other reasons, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
