You are welcome to buy in bulk orders, Please order Online and You will be automatically entitled with our Discounts. 
- All online Payments are secured through Secured Transactions 
- We prefer Physical Direct Address for Delivery, please no PO Boxes or Mail Lockers.
- We cannot deliver Fluorescent Tubes to remote locations such as Northern Territory, Queensland, Western Australia due to a regular breakage.
- For any orders where delivery is to Islands or remote areas of QLD (4800 - 4999) or WA (6721 - 6770), please send contact us via or phone us on 03 9819 1777 to place your order.

Express Delivery Australia Wide:

Since size and weight of order can vary wildly, there is no one shipping method, we will make use of either australia post or a courier depending on the order. Regardless, all orders will be shipped to any location Australia-wide (except some Islands) for a low flat fee of just $14.99. Delivery will usually arrive the next day to metro areas and may take 2-6 days to country areas after the order is placed. Regardless we will call you once the order is processed to keep you in the loop and to confirm items that seem out of the ordinary.

Additionally, a free pickup option is available for Melbourne customers, and the order will be available from the Main Shop in 1-7 Thomas Street, Hawthorn, Vic 3122. You will receive a call from our team to confirm when the order is available for pickup. Pickup is only available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

International Buyers:

Return Policy

1. Returning Your Items Due to Change of Mind

1. Should decision of return is made due to:
    a. Customer’s change of mind, or
    b. Customer made a wrong order, or
    c. Customer was unsure with the order

you can return the product within 14 days from the purchase date

2. In this case, customer will need to arrange the product shipping

3. Lightonline will not be responsible in reimbursing the shipping fees

4. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, and must be in the exact same condition that they were sent to you, and not have been installed or operated before returned

5. The goods remain under your ownership before it is received back to our office.

2. Returning Your Items Due to Product Faulty

1. Should decision of return is made due to our mistake:
    a. Faulty product
    b. Wrong product(s) received, or not as ordered

The goods can be returned within 14 days from the purchase date

2. Lightonline will be responsible in paying the return fees, and customer will require coupon and written authority from Lightonline/ GMT Lighting in goods’ shipment

3. Goods must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging

4. Arrangement will be made whether to refund or to replace the goods

5. After the products are received back by Lightonline - GMT Lighting, and our staffs found out that the items are actually working properly (not faulty), the return shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer
