Additionally, a free pickup option is available for Melbourne customers, and the order will be available from the Main Shop in 1-7 Thomas Street, Hawthorn, Vic 3122. You will receive a call from our team to confirm when the order is available for pickup. Pickup is only available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

Any goods returned must be covered by a formal agreement between Lightonline and the purchaser.
This agreement must be arranged within 14 days of the original invoice date otherwise the claim will not be accepted. Goods are always returned at the purchaser’s expense and own risk.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging and must not have been subjected to any modification. Any return accepted by Lighonline will have a credit note raised which will be made payable to the purchaser.
Returning Your Items Due to Product Faults
1. Should decision of return is made due to our mistake:
a. Faulty product
b. Wrong product(s) received, or not as ordered
The goods can be returned within 14 days from the purchase date
2. Lightonline will be responsible in paying the return fees, and customer will require coupon and written authority from Lightonline/ GMT Lighting in goods’ shipment
3. Goods must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging
4. An arrangement will be made whether to refund or to replace the goods
5. After the products are received back by Lightonline - GMT Lighting, and our staffs found out that the items are actually working properly (not faulty), the return shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer
Where goods are returned for other reasons, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
